These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services (hereinafter "the Services") provided by 0ai Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the customer and the Company regarding the use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides the following services utilizing AI technology:

  • AI-powered video generation and distribution platform (NEXCAST)
  • AI meeting assistant (ENVOY)
  • Automated PDF-to-presentation conversion (FLECTO)
  • AI animation production platform (ANIMEX)
  • Custom development services
  • AI adoption consultation

The Company may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Services without prior notice to customers.

3. Prohibited Activities

Customers shall not engage in the following activities when using the Services:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Activities related to criminal acts
  • Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties
  • Activities that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks
  • Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Collecting or accumulating personal information about other customers
  • Using the Services for improper purposes
  • Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Company or those who have licensed them to the Company. The permission to use the Services under these Terms does not constitute a license to use intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer

The Company does not warrant, either expressly or implicitly, that the Services are free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, and infringement of rights).

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Services, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Services

The Company may change the content of the Services or suspend or terminate the provision of the Services without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

The Company may change these Terms without notice to customers when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on the Company's website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Services, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
